Q: When I enter my credit card on the application form is my card charged immediately?
A: No your card will be charged when your ticket is issued.

Q: How soon may I make my reservation?
A: You may make your reservation once you have received your Visa code.

Q: How do I find out what flights I am booked on?
A: You will receive an email from Raquel with your itinerary and rate quote.

Q: When will my ticket be issued?
A: Your ticket will be issued after you have received your Visa. You will need to call or email Raquel to let her know you have received it.

Q: Does the price of the ticket include tax?
A: Yes.

Q: When will I get my ticket?
A: Most tickets will be issued as E-Tickets, but there are exceptions. You will be notified if you are an exception.

Q: Is my unused ticket refundable?
A: Once purchased the ticket is non-refundable.

Q: Will my ticket be issued as one way or roundtrip?
A: All tickets are issued ONE-WAY.

Q: What are my baggage limitations?
A: Checked - 2 Pieces: 50 lbs each 62" (length + width + height) and
Carry on-1 small bag 25 pounds and 1 personal item.
